Universal has changed the title of its Seth Rogen-Zac Efron comedy from Townies to Neighbors, the studio announced Monday.
As previously announced, the film, directed by Nick Stoller, will open in theaters May 9.
The pic stars Rogen and Rose Byrne as a young couple who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. Efron plays the leader of the frat.
Stoller is directing from a script by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. The film is being produced by Good Universe and Rogen’s Point Grey Pictures.
