btw, my friend saw the trailer for NYE and she said "isn't that zac efron?" i said yes. then she asked me who's zac's partner in this movie, i said it was michelle and she was like "really? that woman is so old" lol i told her they're characters are just friends in this movie

There are two situations. Zac rides the scooter in long shots, where you can see him moving on the street. But for close-ups and for shots in moving traffic, they tow the scooter behind a camera truck so they can keep the shot in focus and there aren't any accidents (I would guess that the car immediately behind the scooter is part of the production so other cars can't get close).

I always knew they did that but had always wondered about the car behind lol.

i heard some people who went for the early screening for this said zac was goofy in this movie lol
