Well....I am taking birth control but ugh long story, I don't know if it's making me very happy. I'm moody and when I'm on my placebo green pills and then go back on my orange hormone ones I get sick to my stomach for the first week. Now my lady week is turning into like a 3 week non stop :[ I HATE that women are the ones who have to take the pill in order to protect themselves till they are ready for a baby just because their husband/bf/fiance hates to lol. I can't be the only one out there who has that problem. I'm on Aviane or something of a generic brand. Supposed to be great but so far I feel like a fat grump haha.

Yeah I kinda figured you were with a girl :] I didn't know u couldn't adopt of u were same sex....seems a bit unfair but that's the world for you. Nothing when ur in the "minority" is fair :/

Oh no - that sounds so sucky! I'm the same though, anything hormonal & I'm crap. But then I have other problems which lead to that, so maybe it's not just the birth control. Idk.
But sure, you should be able to get something to help you? Ask your doctor

Idk, laws and stuff are sticky... I don't know can happen and what can't.
All I know is that we should have the same 'laws' for straight people. At the end of the day we're still human beings, I don't see how the fact that you like the same sex should change anything.

But, we're not together anymore.
Literally broke up, like, last night.
But we've not been getting on properly for such a long time.
I feel like she was more of a 'best friend' than a girlfriend, she stopped connecting with me emotionally and wouldn't give me what I need: cuddles, kisses, emotional support (especially with me going through such a lot healthwise right now) so we parted ways. I'm hoping we can still be friends but it's early days.
Sucks that I'm currently moving out - gotta go and get some more stuff soon.
