its been years but a new muppet movie is coming out xD
im a huge muppet fan.
my favs are Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo and Fozzie

they started off in Seseme Street and Jim Henson who created the muppets all together took some of his best ones and did their own show called, The Muppet Show back in the 70s

with alot of celeb guest stars

and then the movies started this is their first one

along with
The Great Muppet Caper

I loved the Muppet Christmas Carol. I used to sing "When Love is Gone" every time I watched it.





And unlike some people, I never once fast-forwarded through it at all.


I also loved "Scrooge":



#thatawkwardmoment at the end of the song when the very person you sing about turns back to face you. (and somehow it's hilarious)

Which made sense, apparently, cause everyone kept fast-forwarding through it.
Leaving it out, however, made for a horrible edit, and didn't make any sense when the reprise ("The Love We Found") is sung at the end of the movie.

I agree, I need to get the Kermit's 50th Anniversary Edition DVD. The fullscreen edition of the film has the song in there.

Muppet's Christmas Carol. Apparently, they felt the scene ("When Love is Gone") ran a bit too long and left it out of the theatrical run, but noticed people loved the song in the VHS version. They since kept it, but the 50th anniversary edit has both versions. And the theatrical edit is apparently labeled the UK edit, too.
