So hot looking
 glad to see he had a good time on his b-day he deserves to have some fun. He does look like he is wasted but maybe not.

He doesn't look THAT wasted to me. He's drunk yeah, but he's walking pretty much without help. He looks incredible though!

Some people on other sites are making a big deal of it (oh he's drunk, he's high, etc) and in all honesty with all the times we've seen tweets of him out clubbing, I'm honestly surprised this is the first time he's been papped. He's young, it's his birthday week, he's on vacation...he deserves to have some fun right
