It was me that said he smokes. I based this on seeing him smoking in the Ryan Rottman DUI video, so we do have 'pictures'. And I in no way intended to be inconsiderate to him...I mean I saw it with my own eyes so I'm not making it up. But whether he's a 'smoker' or not is his business...

Is the person who is following him an actual fan or just a celeb-hunter?

He may smoke, but as we discussed at the time, that video doesn't prove it. Red glows in the dark are suggestive, but you couldn't even identify Zac in that video. I am not aware of any photo or video that shows Zac Efron actually holding a cigarette or taking a puff from one.
