My copy of the DVD arrived this morning. There is no menu option or any kind of extras included. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet as it was delivered to my work.

That's kinda what I figured so I can't really say it's a disappointment but I wish there were some sort of special features.

Last week sometime. You can track your order by the confirmation email they send you.

Yeah, I know you can but it all it says is shipped.

There should be a link in that email to go to track the shipment. You'll need the order number from the invoice they sent you. It will give you an estimated delivery date.

It doesn't have any date. :/
