By "bad guy" does that mean the annoying neighbour looking for a laugh or someone genuinely with bad intentions? I'm referring to zacs character btw.

Also, I really dont mind r-rated movies... Just that overdone sex scenes kinda piss me off, and knowing zacs movies lately, there will be some of that in here. The noises could be a way of annoying the neighbour *shrug*

Townies is set to film in April in L.A.

Here's some news from The Hollywood News:

Dave Franco (James’ near-identical younger brother) and Christopher Mintz-Plasse are looking to move in with Seth Rogen and Zac Efron for TOWNIES.

The film is set to focus on Rogen, a family man who happens to live next door to a university fraternity house filled with randy, boozing young men. When the frat house president (Efron) decides to make Rogen’s life a misery, things turn sour. Franco will feature as Efron’s best buddy and vice-president, but no word as of yet who Mintz-Plasse will play. BRIDESMAIDS star Rose Byrne will play Rogen’s wife.

With Nicholas Stoller (THE FIVE-YEAR ENGAGEMENT, GET HIM TO THE GREEK) as director, TOWNIES could be hilarious. Franco killed it as Cole in SCRUBS and I’ve been told he’s brilliant in 21 JUMP STREET. As for Mintz-Plasse, his geeky, try-too-hard character in KICK-ASS is exactly what I picture him to play in this.

Franco was in Charlie St Cloud with Zac already. He played a dead soldier that Charlie talks to,I think.
