HSM3 finished filming in July and was released in October. That shows how fast a movie can be pushed through post-production when the studio is really hot to trot. Most movies average about a year, maybe a month or two less. The fact that TLO finished shooting in December and won't be released for 20 months shows the studio is in no hurry.

And to be honest, that's not normal for a studio to do with a Sparks movie because most studios can't wait to get their hands on a Sparks movie.

i see...i remembered The Last Song also by Nicholas Sparks was filmed around June...then the trailer was released on November...however, in this case, hopefully they will change the date just like CSC

or maybe zac has so many movies to do that's why it's pushed back. back then, miley cyrus didn't have much movies to film that's why it was released early
