Major iTunes problems,need help ASAP

but it all stinks because u have to have itunes to be able to put stuff on ur ipod
so we're forced to use it!

I was going to suggest making an appointment with the genius bar but if you don't have an Apple store, that wouldn't work too well haha. I wish I knew how to fix your problem, but I'm not too sure.

Thanks! I'm actually going to America in two weeks so I was thinking of brining the laptop over but it'd just be a hasel more than anything
