Young people usually are. (-; If you've ever read Freud or Hegel, de-centering usually occurs in the teen years. Celebrities are treated differently and don't undergo this normal stage, so they grow into adulthood thinking the whole world exists for them.

After college when people enter the real world, life has a way of symbolically castrating a person, so to speak. A person realizes they are on equal standing with their coworkers, etc.

If you were 30, I'd be worried for ya but not at your age.
