RE: Favorite Song of the Moment ♫
This has been going through my head all day:
"Dancing With Myself" - Billy Idol On the floor of Tokyo Or down in London town to go, go With the record selection And the mirror's reflection I'm dancing with myself When there's no-one else in sight In the crowded lonely night Well I wait so long For my love vibration And I'm dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself Well there's nothing to lose And there's nothing to prove I'll be dancing with myself If I looked all over the world And there's every type of girl But your empty eyes Seem to pass me by Leave me dancing with myself So let's sink another drink 'Cause it'll give me time to think If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance And I'll be dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself Well there's nothing to lose And there's nothing to prove I'll be dancing with myself If I looked all over the world And there's every type of girl But your empty eyes Seem to pass me by Leave me dancing with myself So let's sink another drink 'Cause it'll give me time to think If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance And I'll be dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance [Scat] Dancing with myself Dancing with myself Dancing with myself Dancing with myself If I looked all over the world And there's every type of girl But your empty eyes Seem to pass me by Leave me dancing with myself So let's sink another drink 'Cause it'll give me time to think If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance And I'll be dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself Oh dancing with myself If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It enriches the necessary competencies that daily life requires and provides; and in this respect, it irrigates the deserts that our lives have already become. CS Lewis. |

Tony Moran did a remix of her "Who Says" that had me dancing for months, and I usually don't like music like Bieber, Gomez, Levato, etc. Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It's understandable. You're probably older than I am anyway.

I was a pop culture-hating goth in high school who hung out with the art fags, skaters, surfers, punks, theater and music kids - anyone anti-mainstream. I know gays from Mobile (they go to B-Bobs; I haven't gone there yet because they say the place is small and the trannies are "less than stunning" compared to Pensacola's Monica Heart. ) Also, N.O. has a big counterculture scene - some of my most favorite DJs play at OZ. I saw Tony Moran when he spun for "Southern Decadence" and Joe Gauthreaux got his start at that club and returns regularly to spin. Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. Yeah Mobile is different. It's like a different state down there.

Love Story--Taylor Swift
![]() Love is not a game that can be played with just a jist of lust because it'll tear you apart the moment things go wrong. <3 |
