i agree zac's smoking doesn't diminish his kindness as a person.

We don't know if he does. We've have never seen a picture of him doing so, so everything you are saying is invalid and isn't being considerate towards Zac.

He was...I watched the vid and you can see him (though it is pretty dark) fling ashes or the cigarette out the window.

Plus, as much as I disagree with the girl's stalking him, she said she saw him and Maika smoking outside the hotel
