We have only the barest outline of the story, but it looks like this will be a different kind of role for Zac. In his past movies, he always plays the "regular guy" with all the oddball characters surrounding him. But in this movie, Rogen plays the homeowner who lives near the disruptive fraternity and Zac plays one of the fraternity ringleaders. So, for a change, Zac will be instigating the trouble rather than reacting to it.

I agree. Maybe this could lead to Zac playing more roles where he is instigating the trouble, maybe even a bad guy in a movie (My dad wants to see that).
