Jonas Brothers.
I noticed there was no thread for them so thought I'd make one.

What do people think of them leaving Hollywood records? Is it a good move for them,or is it career suicide?

RE: Jonas Brothers.
I think it is. I mean, they had great success with Hollywood Records, and with Disney as well, but I think it's time to move on.

The guys are growing up now and so are their fans. They should do something that makes them comfortable, and what makes their fans comfortable.

I'm proud of Joe for going his own way, as well as Nick. But I don't think Nick's band, The Administration, ever really caught on. A one-hit wonder, really.

Once a stone heart shattered and came along a true love so pure and sweet.

RE: Jonas Brothers.
I think it's a great idea.
I have always felt being with Disney is a double edged sword type of deal.
It's a great way to launch a career, but very hard to move on from then and be seen as anything other than a Disney star. I mean look at how may times Zac and the rest of the HSM cast still get referred to as Disney or HSM stars.

RE: Jonas Brothers.
I love the Jonas Brothers. Leaving Hollywood Records is a good move; no more Disney record label.

I'm so glad they left Hollywood Records. It was definitely a good move on their part, even though they did have plenty of success with Disney.
It had to happen eventually, and they'll do just fine on their own.

I can't wait for the new album!

Oh yeah! I almost forgot about that.
I'm curious what that's going to be like.
