Reference in Hannah Montana Forever S04E2

I'm currently watching Hannah Montana Forever episode 2, and there
was a Zac Efron reference!

SPOILERS-------------------------------------------------------------------
Jackson brings a girl home to watch movies. They come down the stairs as the girl
is saying she's shocked that a guy can own 27 Dresses, Mama Mia and some other movie.
As she's about to leave she says, "You're just the sweetest thing!" Where Jackson says,
"Not as sweet as Zac Efron in 17 Again!" The girl then responds with, "Didn't you just love that?!"
And Jackson continues and finishes with, "I did!!"
