its mainly because most of his fans are from high school musical,
and with that not around, kids magazines dont focus on him as much,
whereas the tween scene is still big, but since he has not been doing much recently,
thats why it might seem that way.

i do agree with everything you wrote.
i admire and respect rob as much as i do with zac.
at first i laughted at rob (because of twlight) as i had done for zac when hsm came out (because i thought and still think it's a lame movie, lol), then i started reading some interviews he had done, and realised he wasn't the silly hottie i thought he was.
though i'd say i love zac a lot more than rob, (lmfao) i like him.
i do believe they could both become great actors.
as i said before, it's just a matter of time.

both their careers have really only just started,
and they both came into stardom,
from two completely different genres,
and into a different fanbase.
so you really cant compare them,
even though it may seem easy to do,

Blah, blah, blah, you guys can make a load of excuses and try to explain it, but the truth is, everyone fades eventually.
However, Zac will always be famous. Zac will always have fans, and he will always have people who love him.
Why does it matter? Yeah, Zac's star has faded. Proof being that he isn't as popular as he was when HSM first came out. He used to be number one. Now Miley, Rpatz, JB are number one, it's just the cycle of teenage celebrity, it doesn't really matter.
