Miracle Run was produced by the Lifetime Movie Network (cable).

Well when the movie was made, it's called Miracle Run. Other countries may have changed the title from the original.

It was "technically" called Miracle Run since the movie was made in the US but at the same time no country is better than another. I actually like the Unexpected Journey as a title better.
