Raw eggs are a good source of protein, and are perfectly safe to eat.

Zac is a bit of a show-off when it comes to eating yucky stuff. At a sushi bar, his dad bet him $20 that he wouldn't eat an octopus (a very small one) and he popped it into his mouth. Remember, too, that he did a whole routine on one of the late-night talk shows (Jimmy Kimmel?) eating gross things. Maybe someone can find it on YouTube.
