I think Joe probably doesn't mind if they dated (even though if he still have feelings for her) each other. Taylor didn't mind either when Ashley Greene (who's a friend of her) dated him.

selena didnt mind when taylor and taylor dated...so my guess is joe doesnt really care if zac and taylor dated...besides, joe and zac are not really that close lol
