Any thoughts on this project from those that read the book? Guessing this most likely will be an R rating.

and i love the storyline. i just hope that the part with Phillip and his finance has a much different ending in the movie then in the book. it seems like this is going to be a raunchy family comedy. as the book had a lot of explicit things in it. but the story seems like a solid family story though.

^^^^Why completely disregard the ending of the book? The ending of the relationship was an entirely natural progression for Philips character,to change that would contradict the whole character and make him rather pointless. The whole point of the story is the journey the family takes both together and personally.
