Don't forget Liberal Arts (;
happy new year! so excited to see all the movies!
The Lucky One for sure looking forward to seeing it. Then the Lorax cause i like Taylor swift in it also. Then the Paper Boy.
FYI you can vote for Zac for a movie role??He's up against Kellan Lutz and Hayden Christenson for a role in the Runelords movie. The public gets to pick from their top 3 for the 1 of 3 main roles. They used the shower pic from HSM..so he looks really young. Probably not something Zac's interested in, but now he's running way behind. Can't hurt to keep him in the race, even he doesn't take it. http://runelordsmovie.com/community/polls/?poll=2
I voted, and trying to get people on tumblr to vote too
I want to see The Lucky One for my own salacious purposes and The Paperboy for content. Smile

I'm tempted to make a Plato / Aristotle joke out of that but I've got to stop nerding out on this website.

As for Runelords, I'm kinda hesitant to vote in any poll that has him up against Lutz and Christenson, if only because it's a strong indication they are looking for a babe magnet and not a quality actor like Zac - don't hate him because he's beautiful too.

The Paperboy looks like the most interesting and has the best potential for wide release and box office success.

The Lorax shows Zac's range of talents but since we don't see him, it won't advance his career much.

Liberal Arts is just a walk-on part. If it gets released it could surprise and impress some critics if he does a good job as a mystical hippie.

The Untitled Bahrani Project is a big question mark. We really don't know if this family drama combining farming and racing has commercial potential.

The Lucky One might be a modest success in its romantic drama category. It could help expand Zac's fan base among older females, but he hardly needs that. Guys are going to be barfing left and right, so no help with his needed male audience.

I think all these projects are going to show Zac's range of acting abilities.

In regards to The Lucky One, I mean look at Channing Tatum and Ryan Gosling who were both in Nicholas Sparks movies. Guys may have not liked them then, but look at the projects they're doing now and now a lot of guys do like them more so with Channing Tatum than Ryan Gosling.

I will be barfing right and left, but Zac' muscular bod in black undewear will more than compensate for those nauseous moments, lol.

You know, I don't hate romance, I just hate cloying, maudlin romance. For instance, Brokeback Mountain had me in tears, but Nicholas Sparks makes me vomit.

I think the difference is Brokeback Mountain dealt with other issues like extreme poverty and bigotry. There was substance to it.
