I'm a bit more optimistic. With Dennis Quaid and Zac in the lead roles, and auto racing as part of the story, this might be more commercial than previous Bahrani projects. At least, it may get picked up for distribution by one of the specialist outfits and shown in "art" theaters in the big cities - a few hundred screens rather than the 3,000 screens of a big studio movie.
I hope us regular people get a chance to see the movie in some way whether it be in theaters or on dvd.
Is it bad that I didn't know who Heather Graham was before this movie?
