I loved Hairspray! One of my favorite musicals! I just wonder why some people call it a remake. I've watched the original Hairspray and so did my mom, and it wasn't a classic musical. I think of the 2007 Hairspray as just a different( and less cheesy) version. You know, one was a musical, the other really wasn't. One had a better(and it cut to the chase) storyline, the other was so cheesy it made my head numb. I just think a remake is like.....for example.....Footloose.
BTW-what's up with all the Nikki hating?
