This happened because, as usual, Zac was goofing around on the set. The director saw him clowning with the bra and decided to put it in the movie. Zac probably didn't suspect that ten years later he would be competing in bra-removal contests on national TV.

The girls face in the second clip looks like she is about to kill someone.
