YAY! At least he made it in the magazine, and he lost Sexiest Man to a worthy adversary, Bradly Cooper. If Zac had to lose to anyone, I'm glad it was him.

I'm guessing this is an early release of a regular issue or a special issue that will be distributed everywhere in a few more days. There is no economic sense for a publisher to put out a special issue for just New York City and L.A.
