I think this is the main thing I've been seeing now. I usually see the shoutbox refresh a few seconds later when I post in it.
Anything you can do to speed up the response time, Kathryn?
Yeah, I've noticed it's sorta slow too.
It doesn't bug me all to much but it wouldn't hurt to speed it up a little.
I changed this from 15 seconds to five seconds but I'm not sure if it's working. Let me know if it's not!
Hmm, looks like it still doesn't load until you do something.

Yep and as long as you refresh the page, it works fine.
I'll try to look into it, see why it's not refreshing properly, or find another chat box for us to use. Sorry guys!
