I know. I almost am kind of glad I wasn't around to hear about it or be on that ship.

I mean no disrespect to the passed on, of course.

Now if you were on that ship then you wouldn't spread your happiness and joy across the world noe would you?

But I'd have to live with the pain and discomfort about knowing so many people lost their lives all because the captain wanted to get to New York faster than usual.

They couldn't have known about the icebergs either. I'm glad we have the technology we have today because of what happened.

I wish we had enough to recover the twin towers

Me too. My heart sank everytime I saw that piece of metal of what was left of one of them.

I couldn't even imagine how awful it must've been in NYC that day. To actually BE there on what couldve been a regular peaceful Tuesday.
May all who died R.I.P. <3

(I keep thinking about Tyler Hoechlin, too. He just turned 14 that day. My aunt and uncle were celebrating their 2-year anniversary exactly, too.)
