This clip looks pretty feeble, I can see why it wasn't picked up for broadcast.
I'm not sad. If one of Zac's busted pilots had been picked up and was successful, his career might have been dramatically different. He might have spent several years starring in a TV series and stunting his movie career.

2005 or early 2006. He was cast and performed in this pilot just before or probably just after shooting HSM -- he kept looking for TV work because no one knew what a giant hit HSM would be, which led to his movie career.
