The Notebook is my favorite right now, but I think once I see The Lucky One then that's gonna be tied for my favorite. I read the book before TLO was ever made a movie, and loved it, so when I found out Zac was in it, it just made me even more excited for the movie.

thats what i generally prefer to do, read the books first but with the notebook and a walk to remember (which is my favourite) i saw the movies first because i didnt even know they were books. i have the notebook at home to read but i really really want to read a walk to remember. i have a list of books i want to read and im trying to make my way through these ones, i really need to scout the op shops to find some for a decent price =]

a walk to remember is high on my list of books to read. dear john had me crying quite a bit. have you seen the movie?? it really bugged me that they changed the ending, i loved how the book ended, it was so much better for the story.

Everyone said the ending in the movie for Dear John wasn't as good as the book. I preferred the ending in the book too, but I did like the ending in the movie.

i suppose if you havent read the book then the movie ending was good, but i thought the ending fitted the story so well in the book and i sobbed my heart out reading the ending that i think they should have left it as it was

I could see how people would be really upset that they changed the ending in the movie.

I love how he puts his experience, where he grew up in NC and his religious background into his stories?
