Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron are ready for their close ups at The Paperboy photo call during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival held at Palais des Festivals on Thursday (May 24) in Cannes, France.

The two stars of the flick were joined by their fellow cast mates Matthew McConaughey, John Cusack, and director Lee Daniels. Singer Macy Gray was also in attendance!

“I had seen Precious and I thought it was amazing and I wanted to work with him,” Nicole told the AFP about wanting to work with Lee. She added that she was looking for “something raw and more dangerous” when the script came along.

FYI: Nicole is wearing a Berardi dress, Manolo Blahnik shoes, a vintage Omega watch, and her own earrings and hair clip!
