Okay, I've been trying to register to vote these awards since the day voting opened.
It won't let for some reason, and I don't understand. I get that they're the Teen Choice Awards so you probably need to be a teen in order to meet the requirements, but I'm 19 and it's not allowing me? Is it 18 and under or something? ...or is there something else I could be missing?
