I've been a fan for over 4 years and I've been to Paris every time he's been there. So when he was promoting HSM3, I went to the signing session and got a poster signed by Zac, Ashley, Vanessa and Corbin. Then, in March, Zac went there to promote 17 Again and I was in the crowd waiting outside for him to arrive at the Premiere of the movie. I got my autograph and my boyfriend got one too, and he's not really a fan, that's why we're selling it =)
I told the whole story in the auction.

It might make someone happy, who didn't have the chance to meet Zac in person.

Haha I know but to me it's kinda not personal because he signed it for my boyfriend, not for me =)
So we prefer selling it, and as I said, we hope it'll make a fan who didn't have our chance happy!

My boyfriend needs money, that's the reason why we want to sell it. We had the chance to get 2 autographs, I'm sorry you think it's not cool. We want to make someone else happy and also make my boyfriend happy by getting some money, which is hard for him to get. I don't think it's mean, we didn't get this auto to make money, it wasn't our goal.

When I put in 4(comma)99 in the conversion calculator, that's what came up. It's posted as being 4.99 Euros on the E-bay site. A comma in US dollars didn't translate well in the conversion calculator and thought it was 499 Euros.

Yeah exactly, that's why I wanna sell this one :) To give people the chance to get an autograph because when you're a fan it's like THE must-have thing, and I'd have bought one if I didn't have the chance to meet Zac several times. Of course I'd like to give it away for free, but it'd be kinda hard to choose only 1 person and my bf needs money, so we decided to put it on eBay =)

I know!! And it's the same with my 2 other autographs. I guess I was lucky!
And I must say I was very attentive about them not getting all creased up (My boyfriend was taking photos so I had the 2 autographs with me, and while Zac was signing them they were both on a file folder so that's why it looks so perfect haha. Then I directly put them into the folder and put it in my bag).
I'll show them to you if you want to :) They're also pretty amazing haha

You may wonder why my autograph was signed with a bold pen while my bf's wasn't signed with the same pen. When Zac first came up to sign autos, I made him sign my pic and then he had to leave the crowd and stand in front of the 17 Again thing for photographers to take photos, which was exactly in front of me. He got done some minutes later and he decided to do a 2nd round but he didn't have his pen anymore, and I was showing him the pic for him to sign. He arrived in front of me and waited for me to give him a pen, as he checked in his pocket and found nothing. I was like "I don't have any!" and he told me "Me neither" but then a girl next t me gave him one. I was so afraid for a sec he'd just walk away without signing the autograph haha. He's so sweet. I couldn't believe he had actually talked to me, but in fact it was the 2nd time, aww! <3

I musted write that, because I can't just read through the excuse "We're not selling it for money - just to make other fans happy".

I would more appreciate if you would tell the truth, that you boyfriend and you don't need the autograph but want money from it. :)

I am telling the truth - sorry if you don't think I'm being honest. It really affects me when I read comments like this one.
I said my boyfriend needs money, and it's true he doesn't need this autograph, so that's why he decided to sell it. I didn't hide anything to anyone.
But you know, there are A LOT of things he could've sold to make more money than those 20€. Putting it on eBay, he knew he wouldn't get 500€ out of it. He wanted to keep it at first because even if he's not a big fan, he still likes the autographs he gets. Then he thought about it and decided not to keep it, and let a real fan a chance to get an autograph, because YES there are a lot of them who didn't get the chance to meet him and who're dying to have one. I should know because I used to be one of them, and I know how it feels.
So is it THAT hard to think people can sell something to make someone else happy, without always&only thinking about money? Why everyone should be so focused on the fact of only making money, and not even on the human aspect of making a fan HAPPY? Sorry if I don't personally share this opinion. I'm being honest, and as long as I know it myself, it's the only thing that matters to me. I care about Zac too much to be unhonest about such a subject...

Forgive me for being jadedd, but I've been on a lot of sites where people have signed up with the ONLY intention of selling something. You clearly have a much nobler purpose in mind.

No problem :) I totally get your point.
In fact, I already had an account on there that I created in 2007, but I didn't have enough time to go there as much as I wanted to because of school. So I just stopped logging in and I guess my account got deleted. Plus, at one point when HSM got so much success, there were a lot of people that were more groupies than fans and I just couldn't stand it.
So when I wanted to let everyone know I was selling a Zac autograph, I had to create a new account - and I assume the effect it may have had on some of the members here. Now I see the members are lovely, and that they're real fans; it feels like it's a little Zac community. I like that a lot. No worries, I'll def. stick around in the future ;)

Yeah I totally understand it's a bit (!!) too much, wow that's crazy! I contacted the winner and she told me she'd had a bad experience with eBay, but that she was going to pay. I am still very... shocked about the final price! But she told me she was so happy to have won and that she had absolutely no problem with money when I asked her if she wanted me to make it a bit less expensive... I was like "hmm okay" haha
