Large Group Fan Mail Plans

I was just thinking... If we create a really big fan mail message, made of smaller messages from all the fans who would like to write to Zac, we make it so it was really touching to when he reads them, and Zac and he's so moved, he writes back.

Somebody could take all the messages that get collected, print them on paper (from a printer) and staple the messages together, and puts them all into one big envelope.
(just copy and paste and put into a word document)

There needs to be someone who puts their home address for a way for the reply to be sent back.

When all of that is done and sent, hopefully there will be a reply with in some amount of time.

When the reply comes, take a picture of it!

The idea of how to do this is like chain letters!

Any more ideas? Questions? What do you think? Have an opinion? Like my idea?

Q: "Who do I send my stuff to?"

A: Submit your letters and handprints to Kayley (TheObsessionStartsAgain). Her e-mail address is as follows

Q: "Does that include my handprint? If so, how do I get it to her?"




A: There are actually two ways you may submit your hand print. You may:

Scan the hand print and send to the above e-mail address, or
Add her on MSN and she will give you instructions on how to send them to her through the mail (post). I suppose you could also PM her if you need to as well.
Q: "Oh Okay. What's it going in?"
A: Kayley has graciously bought a blue folder that these will be sent in.

Q: "What will the cover look like?"
A: Not sure. Kayley has several ideas to work from and will keep us updated as she goes along.

Q: "Has this been cleared with Kathryn?"
A: As this is a seperate fan book from Zac's Birthday Book, we are sending this on our own. It will be sent to Zac's Fan Mail address that is listed on the Portal site (www.zefron.com (http://www.zefron.com/)).

Q: "Can I be a part of this?"
A: You've read this far, so why not! Seriously though, all are welcome. Please follow the guidlines that are above and you should be all set.

Q: "When is this being sent?"
A: Make sure you have all of your stuff in by late June or very early July. Kayley will be putting this together and sending it to easthigh (sorry don't know her name) and she will mail it when she comes to the US on vacation in late July.

Q: "What do you by handprint?"
A: If you choose to do a handprint, it can be either done using just the outline of your hand, or you can do the old paint on the hand and put it on paper.

I agree. It can't just be another "Oh I love you so much Zac you're so hot." That's not stand-out nor is it special. I'll gladly contribute a note, and my focus will be on his talent and his decision making. He needs to know that his fans support him in his transition and that as he grows, so are we. I think I'll do my hand print in "stamp ink." Paint is a bit messy. Plus, with "stamp ink" you can see all the little lines that make your hand, well.... your hand!

Now we just need somewhere to put our two lines for the poem and link them together. (New thread just for that?)

Idea for what we came up with: The poem goes in the center and our handprints go around the poem. The poem should be in a fun font and easy to read. We should identify ourselves by username, first name, and where you are in the world. (Country and/or state) Also have a space between each of the two lines.

Like this:

Line one,
line two.
Username, first name, location.

Line one,
line two.
Username, first name, location.


Just like this example of how the poem lines should look. (above)

One more piece of my idea for the hand prints and poem to go on is a really big piece of poster board! (Decorated in all shades of blue, Zac's favorite color)

Ahh okay. I guess the poster board idea is too big. (Or not?) The last person on the package route should get to decorate the poster after all the prints and poem parts are confirmed at the sender's and then give it to Zac. (Hmmm? That may work!)

Let's put them in a binder. The binder should have a part where you can slip in a piece of paper in the front for the cover page. All of the hand prints are placed after the poem pages. That is much smaller and easier than a giant piece of poster board. We should stick to the format for the poem lines I set up for us to use or you can show me what you'd like to do.

Each person has 3 or more pages all together depending on how long your letters are.
I'm saying we should group things together person by person.
The pages are the hand print (signed by you) with your picture attached, poem page, and letter page(s).

Hmm... The bigger the book the more space you have to stick "letter stickers" and if it is solid without anything in the middle, put the stickers in the center! I like the 3rd one you posted.

PS: I'm really creative with stickers! Should I make the cover that slips in the front of a binder if we choose the binder? I can make an ordinary piece of blank paper look great!

Let's draw out plans for the cover for any way we may decide to go. Put a picture link to show what you've got.

One more thing! Should I get the binder and decorate it, then send it of to the person who collects the all the hand prints, letters, poems, etc. and sends it off/gives it to Zac?

So far I think the "Hand prints and Poems" is the best so far. And when I said I liked someone's binder to use, I was just signaling that that binder is a good one. If we find any more binders, show me several pictures of them so I can take a good look!

I'll say adding something additional to your handprint and poem is optional. For example: A short letter telling Zac how amazing he is and how happy you are to be a fan of such a wonderful guy!

When you finally make your handprint, poem, and short letter, staple them together. Whoever's got the binder can take the staple out and slip them into sections with plastic covers.

I think there should be labeled sections like 'poems', 'hand prints', and 'short letters'. They can go in at any spot. Here is what I mean: Put poems in 'poems' and hand prints in 'hand prints'. (Just like that!) There is no specific order when you put the documents into their sections.

handprints, just sign your name or username whatever.
Private Message, your letter to Zac to who ever makes the book.
so they can copy and paste it to word, and print it out. not as one A4 page. cut off the bits that arn't needed haha!
we all have out own page.
