After watching this a couple of times, I'm not so sure Zac said "f***er" after "this is my house." The video feed looked stable and the image is pretty crisp. I think the guy who uploaded it made it look that way by adding the beep.

The reason I say this is, there are multiple people dropping the F-bomb with out a care in the word. Why would only Zac's get bleeped out?
