1. colours > channel mixer. match your settings.
midtones:
red -9
magenta 35
yellow 39
make sure perserve lumonsity is checked!
red 4
magenta 2
yellow 8
next go to your colours > curves. try to copy the settings...

next go to ctrl > l and make a new layer. fill it with the colour
hope you enjoyed your outcome.
it's kinda red but it probably work with other pictures.
