“High School Musical” hunk Zac Efron recently purchased a $1 million home but he’s sleeping on the floor since he doesn’t have a bed yet. Although Efron’s new mansion in Los Angeles is the envy of his friends, he’s still like most of them; he’s sleeping on an air mattress.
“[The house] is pretty cool. A lot of my friends were like, ‘Dude I want to own a house’,” says Zac but he adds: “I don’t have a bed. I’m on an air mattress! I’ve just moved in, I have no furniture.”

I wouldn't call his house a mansion. It's like a bachelors pad. Not too big not too small it's perfect for him. I doubt he sleep son the floor, considering the house has concrete floors. I'm sure Zac would move his furniture in before staying the night there.
