Zac Efron Eyeing Role in “Ohio”

Rumors are bouncing around that Zac is eyeing a possible role in the movie “Ohio,” and that Twilight star Rob Pattinson and singer/actor Justin Timberlake will be joining him.
The movie is based on the murders of three anti-Vietnam protestors in 1970 at Kent State University. Apparently, Zac and Justin’s reps are upset that Rob’s being considered for the lead role, even though they’ve been in the business longer and have more experience:

“Everyone in the industry is shocked that Rob is already getting such big roles,” says an insider. “Zac and Justin have been working for a lot longer than he has. There is a bit of jealousy there. Zac’s people want him to have the lead. And Justin’s people have asked that he get a lot of screen time.”

Aha Rob is getting big roles just like Zac did w/hairspray. It's because he is what's hott right now. Seriously when you have a movie like Ohio who do you choose, Robert who has been in a few serious movies or Zac from Disney, no offense to Zac though its just common sense.
JT is a good actor too, I doubt all three of them will be in it.

I actually agree. Zac hasn't really done any serious rolls like Robert has done. The only kind of movies that Zac has ever done was musicals and comedys, as of Robert he has done dramas, like Harry Potter and Twilight (I love that movie by the way!) But yea I could tell why if Robert got the lead role in the movie, I mean...I love all three of them, but I would picture Robert getting the role.

Regardless who has the most experience.the role should be chosen for someone who fits the character and could portray the character to their best ability.
Personally Robert is amazing, he's shown he is a rising star with a good future ahead of him, he's just a great actor,
Zac on the other hand hasn't done too serious roles before, but i definetly think he could pull it off, i just want to see him do a movie like Twilight that would make others see that he's not a one trick pony.
Justin Timberlake should just stick to music, he's fantastic at it!
