Rob is higher than Zac simply because he's now in the teen obsession, aka Twilight.
As someone said, when he did Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire no one cared about him, and LOT of people even thought he was NOT attractive. Then BAM, Twilight. And everyone sees him as the hottest creature on this planet.
