i dont think that you can even color pics with photofiltre ..you can just do the simplest things with it ..
i think the only graphic programm for free that has good functions is gimp.
i use photoshop which is obviously the best .lol. but its really really expensive .. :/ .. im sorry that i cant really help you but i dont think that it has the color function at all.
