I just learned this today, so if its already been posted, delete please!
If you go to YouTube, some videos have an option to watch them in high quality. Well, that isn't the only option.
To view a video in a higher quality, simply add "&fmt=18" to the end of the YouTube url.
So for example, you would go from this,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJXJ5rzcHVQ&feature=channel
to this,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJXJ5rzcHVQ&feature=channel&fmt=18
You might get a MP4-encoded video. Not only the video quality will improve, but also the sound will be like you're listening to a CD.
This works best with videos that have been recently added, probably around late 2007 to present. :)
