Hi guys,
you know that movie the Derby Stallion? Well it hasn't come out in England yet and I was wondering if it is worth seeing?:D

I saw it on Sky Movies Drama once, I woke up at like 6.30 to see it lol. It was good but I didn't get to see the end because I had to go to school. i wish it was on DVD though..

I got a copy of the DVD from Amazon, you just need a multi region DVD player or one that plays American DVDs. Its a great family movie, you just want to hug Zac's character because he is such a sweetheart.

it is worth watching.
my brother saw it on Star Movies and he never changed the channel since then.
zac is so cute there.
the ending is good too.

It is on DVD and I'm pretty sure you can get it at WalMart.

I got it here (Canada) from Wal Mart for like, $7....

But I found The Derby Stallion last time I was renting a movie. On the cover it said, and it said High School Musical and Hairpsray, in big letters, and there was a big picture of Zac. It also said Live your dream, so at first I almost thought it was a "movie" about Zac. But there was a horse on the cover too, and a smaller picture of a girl. It was The Derby Stallion. I want to see it, but with that cover, Iīm not sure I want to rent it.... I think Iīll have to buy it.... :) But at least itīs available here now :)

I donīt understand why they change the title, when they change it to another English title...

I had to read the text on the back and the original title, before I really understood it really was The Derby Stallion.

I'm pretty sure it was a direct to DVD release and that didn't happen until HSM was a phenominal success. They were trying to capitalize on Zac's fame.

Zac was great in this movie. The movie itself was cinematically terrible and the music was not any better. Some of the acting was just as bad.

The critics got it right though, the only thing going for Derby Stallion was it's young star, Zac Efron. THAT is the only reason I have this movie.

I may buy it because I'm intrigued...but I looked at it in our local supermarket and even though Zac is in it I cant help feeling I am gonna be disappointed. But I love Zac so will probably give it a go!

I have to admit, I own it, but it's still in the plastic! I'm a bad fangirl... I will watch it one day ;)

Nothing to say about Zac, because i keep watching it just because of him.
