license plate design.

for my auto collision class at school, we are designing license plates. anyways it is going to be six by eleven [inches],. and we have to make it ourselves. so dont suggest coloring or anything. but maybe things you think i should add, take away, change. remember i am going to be carving and painting this out myself so nothing too difficult. heres what i have so far: [the glitter is actually going to be metal shards]
