{blue eyes} - Tutorial

We'll be making this:

step 1) open up a picture of you choice. I'm going to use this Hilary duff picture

and resize it if it's too big!
i resized mine 55x55. It depends on the size.

step 2) this is what i have so far.

step 3) Then take this freehand tool

and cirkle around the eyes like this

step 4) colors > colorize
Hue: 131 (or 137 if you want it darker)
Saturation: 166
do that on both eyes! and then Sharpen the eyes..

step 5) and thendublicate the layer (layers>dublicate).
And go to colors > colorize
Hue: 0
Saturation: 0
i will turn black/white

step 6) next take the freehand tool again and cirkle around the eyes again
like this:

and press delete - Do that on both eyes!

now you have this:

Merge all flatten (layers>merge all flatten)


step 7) and finally add some text or whatever you want.
if you want the text to look like mine, you set it to overlay!

^^ that looks really good!! But if you want the eyes to really stand out, you should brighten it and sharpen.
