Microsoft GIF Animation.. help ?

so i've saved my pictures, open them
& got the animation to work but it goes way to fast.
i've look around it for a bit, but cant find anything.

anyone know how to change that?

there should be a botton to chenge thes speed on each frame ill screen cap it sometime ;)
