help with photoshop. anyone?

ok so yesterday i downloaded PS,
i asked my friend to help me.. and so she did..
but.. if i want to do a blend.. i paste the pics but its on the same place and i cant move any of them.
what to do?!

to move your pictures
you need to choose the layer
which the picture is on,
then click the arrow with the star thing.
on the first line on the right.
next to the box with the dashed edges.
in the tools area.

you have to make sure youre on the layer of the pic you want to move.
--edit: you can do what the person on top of me [hi peachy. lmfao] said,--
orr. try clicking ctrl on your keyboard while dragging the picture to where you want it to be.

i tried on jpg but i could see nothing
so i saved it on psd.

I save mine by jpg, and if i was going to upload it i use, www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us) its faster.

photo uploading websites
don't upload psd's
because it's not a photo file.
you need to save it in either jpeg or png.

open it back up in photoshop and when you're saving it, save it as a jpg or a png? :]

Use tinypic.com
make sure it's saved at .png that's the best quality.
