My pretty little rant:
We will be making this:
http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk195/highforyou_/zashnesssig-1.png
This is a guide, I recommend that you do not follow this tutorial exactly, I would prefer you to add your own twist. But you are more then welcome to follow this tutorial.
Textures that were used:
Poloriod (http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk195/highforyou_/77words_polaroidish_13copy.png)
Tack (http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk195/highforyou_/Tack_by_kyra_eden.jpg)
Light Texture (http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk195/highforyou_/21624531pu8.png)
First off, gather your pictures. Mine can be found here (http://justjared.buzznet.com/2008/08/01/zac-vanessa-elle-magazine/). I recommend that you find your own pictures, if you use the same exact pictures as mine you're kind of recreating what I made, and we all want to be original and creative, Si?
1. First you want to start out with a blank canvas, a blank start. In order to do this in Photoshop, go to File > New (CTRL + N) and I choose 500 x 300 pixels. It doesn't have to be transparent, but it can be if you want it too. Don't know what I'm talking about?
2. Place your images on your canvas, I order to what I did, it's really complicated. I took this (http://cdn.buzznet.com/media/jj1/2008/08/zac-elle/zac-vanessa-elle-magazine-07.jpg) picture of Zac, Vanessa and Ashley, I cropped out Ashley, and placed the photo at the far left side of the picture. In order to get the news paper all across, I had to duplicate the Zac and Vanessa picture, and place it under the original, and I basically did that, and erased the parts where Vanessa and Zac was showing, and I also used the Clone Brush Tool. (If you have any questions about this step, just ask me, I swear this part is REALLY confusing.) I also desaturated all of the layers of newspaper. (Image > Adjusments > Desaturate, or CTRL + SHIFT + U)
3. Alright, now that that's done. I swear to you guys, the confusing part is over. I duplicated the Zac and Vanessa picture ONE more time, and brung it the top, but under the non-desaturated picture of Zac and Vanessa and I desaturated it. (Image > Adjustments > Desaturate, or CTRL + SHIFT + U) I also resized at a little and placed it at the bottom left.
4. I took the poloriod texture shown in the textures section by 77words (http://77words.livejournal.com/) @ LJ (http://www.livejournal.com) and I resized it too 100 x 98. I then took this (http://justjared.buzznet.com/gallery/photos.php?yr=2008&mon=08&evt=zac-elle&pic=zac-vanessa-elle-magazine-10.jpg) picture of Zac and Vanessa, resized it to my liking, and placed it under the poloriod layer, so it was in the poloriod already, with no erasing. I then merged all. (Layer > Merge Visible or CTRL + SHIFT + E) I dragged it over (Use the Move Tool (V) to do this) to the Vanessa and Zac blend and placed it to my liking. I kept it colored.
5. I undid the merging visible of the Vanessa and Zac picture with the poloriod (Edit > Undo or CTRL + Z) and deleted the Zac and Vanessa picture (Layer > Delete > Layer or DEL) so it was just the poloriod. I then took this (http://justjared.buzznet.com/gallery/photos.php?yr=2008&mon=08&evt=zac-elle&pic=zac-vanessa-elle-magazine-09.jpg) picture of Ashley and did the same thing that I had done with the Vanessa and Zac picture, including the dragging over and everything. But then I duplicated it, on the blend, and placed it under the other Ashley picture, I rotated it, and desaturated it.
6. I repeated the same thing in Step 5 for this (http://justjared.buzznet.com/gallery/photos.php?yr=2008&mon=08&evt=zac-elle&pic=zac-vanessa-elle-magazine-06.jpg) picture of Zac and Ashley, but I didn't duplicate and desaturate.
7. I took this (http://justjared.buzznet.com/gallery/photos.php?yr=2008&mon=08&evt=zac-elle&pic=zac-vanessa-elle-magazine-01.jpg) picture of Zac, Vanessa and Ashley and did the same thing in Step 5 but before dragging it over, I desaturated it.
8. I took the tack texture show above. In order to cut it out of the bulliten board, I used the Quick Selection Tool (W) and dragged it over the tack, I then copied it. (Edit > Copy or CTRL + C) and resized it, so it was smaller, and then put it on the poloriods that I thought would look good.
9. I took the light texture menionted above, desaturated it, and dragged it over to my blend, set it to lighten, and erased the parts I didn't like.
10. For 'Ashnessa' I used Rage Italic LET (It should come with your computer.) and for lyrical part, i used Arial Black in Caps.
I bet that's the hardest tuorial you've ever followed, I told you it was confusing. Any questions, I'll answer.

Okay, now that that's over and done with. I'll explain what I did firstly. Make SURE SURE SURE SURE SURE that it's a photo with a plain WHITE or GRAYISH background. It will not turn out right if you don't do that. Trust me.
1. Alright, gather your pictures, mine can be found here (http://zachary-e.org/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=329). I chose the gray, and white backgrounded images in that photoshoot. As I stated before, make sure that they have a grey or white background. I then made a new image. (In Photoshop that's File > New or CTRL + N)
2. I took my first picture which was this (http://zachary-e.org/gallery/displayimage.php?album=329&pos=9), and I set it on the blank (Mine's transparent.) Canvas. I then took the Graph Paper texture and set it to Darken. After that your image should look like you completely erased around your celebrity picture.
3. Take the Circle and Triangles texture and drag it over onto your image. I resized it, before I drug it over, making it about 100 to 200 pixels larger, in both width and length. I set it to Darken, and placed it to the left of the image. I then duplicated it, and rotated it.
4. I then took the Cardboard texture and set it behind EVERYTHING, including the Zac picture. I moved it to my liking.
5. I then took the Flower texture and placed it ontop of everything, and rotated it. Duplicated it, rotated that, and then duplicated it again, desaturated (Image > Adjustments > Desaturate, or CTRL + SHIFT + U) and resized it, and placed it on Darken. I moved it in between the middle of the other colored flowers.
6. I then took the Paper texture and placed it ontop of everything, over the blue cardboard and the cirlces. I then took the grunge texture, and set it to darken.
7. I choose three other pictures, and set them to darken, over the Paper Texture. I then erased every layer under that, until you saw nothing but Zac. So there was no textures embedded in his skin.
8. I then placed the Light Texture on top of that, and set it to lighten. I took the Text texture and placed it on the graphic, on Darken.
9. I took the font 'Old London' and set it to 60 and typed Zac Efron. And I typed the lyrical part in Georgia size 24 (I think) in caps.

1. Alright gather your pictures, mine can be found here. (http://www.pinataserver.com/bcf/jason-mraz/) Take the base cloud texture and paste it onto a 800 by 600 image. (To do this go to File > New, or simply click CTRL + N) There should be about 75 to 100 pixels of empty space at the bottom.
2. Place the picture that you want to be large and place it in the middle. Make sure some of the picture that you would like to hang 'off' of the base to hang off. I then erased the background off of the image, but if you want to go the easy route, you can use a psd. (I recommend out-spoken kate. (http://www.outspoken-kate.com/index.php?x=psds))
3. After the image is completely erased, I then took the Lasso Tool, and set the feather to 10, I selected a little section at the bottom of the image, and pressed delete so I could have the faded look of the jeans on the large Jason picture.
4. I duplicated the same Jason picture, and resized it, before I placed it somewhere else on the graphic, and I desaturated it. (To do this go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate or click SHIFT + CTRL + U). I then set the blending mode to Lighten.
5. I took a totally different Jason picture, resized it, and dragged it over onto the image, a little above the shoulder of the large saturated image. I desaturated that, and placed it under it, so it looked like it was blending, but it really wasn't.
6. I then took a hard brush size five, and created a new layer (To do this go to Layer > New or click CTRL + SHIFT + N) and ran it around the jason image, I then picked another color and did the same. I used the colors #c7afae and #889a9a.
7. I then took the Earth texture, and dragged it over onto the wallpaper. I resized it, and set it to Lighten.
8. I took Picture texture, and dragged it over on the wallpaper. I resized it and placed it over the Earth Texture.
9. I then took the Grunge texture and placed it over every layer, and set it to Darken.
10. I took size 24 Georgia font, and wrote t h e g e e k i n p i n k in white and set it to Exclusion 100%.
11. I then took size 24 Pristina font and wrong jason mraz in white and set it to Soft Light 100%.

6. I then took a picture of Zac, and put it under the frame texture, erasing the parts that showed outside of the frame.
7. I took another Zac picture, placed it on top of the ripped paper texture, but UNDER the other Zac picture, desaturated it (I didn't have to do it in this case.) And set it to Darken.
8. I then took the varied textures in the textures palatte, and placed them all of the graphic at random

I then erased the background off of the image, but if you want to go the easy route, you can use a psd. (I recommend out-spoken kate. (http://www.outspoken-kate.com/index.php?x=psds))
3. I duplicated the same Zac picture, and resized it, before I placed it somewhere else on the graphic, and I desaturated it. (To do this go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate or click SHIFT + CTRL + U).
4. I then took the frame texture, and placed it centered, but behind the larger and smaller zac picture.
5. I took the Ripped Paper texture and placed that behind the frame texture, after placing it where I liked it.
(I would go more in depth, but I don't know exactly where I placed them.)

None for now. ):
