This is a really good tutorial. JUST SO YOU KNOW I DIDN'T WROTE THIS TUTORIAL!

Step One:
Open the video you want to use in windows movie maker.
Step Two:
Find the scene you want to make and avvie and place in the timeline(if more than one frame)
Step Three:
Start at the beginning of your clip. Pause right where you want it to start. Then click the little camera button, and save the image. Then click the button that looks like a play sign with two lines behind it. Like this:

Step Four:
After you have made all the pictures, (i usually make 13-16 pictures). Open Animation Shop and click the Animation Wizard Button, and select: Same Size as first frame like this:

and then click next until you get this and add all the images you have taken:

it should now look like this:

Step 5:
Now click the crop symbol and crop 240 x 240. Make sure you click the options button to get the pop-up with size options.

then place wherever you want on the animation like this:

Step 6:
then click animation>>>resize animation... and then resize 80 by 80

Step 7:
then copy every frame and paste onto a picture frame of your choice. Then save each one.

after you have done that, repeat step four but with the framed pictures like this:

i also added some fading text at the end.
Then just save and you should have something like this:
