Thats what I thought, cos if you look at the first lot of HSM3 rehearsals pics with Zac in some of the pictures he's got something on his wrist but in others he hasn't. So I thought I might just be a hairband, maybe he's been tying the front of his hair up, like he did at the gym. Even though its not that long, its probably still annoying and he did use to spike his hair up a lot or put a headband on in HSM2 rehearsals.

High School Musical 3: Senior Year is the upcoming installment in Disney’s popular High School Musical franchise, scheduled for a theatrical release on October 24, 2008.
Shooting for the Kenny Ortega directed film started on April 21, and is expected to be complete by June 13, 2008. The 41 days scheduled for shooting is a longer period than both of the first two films.

“My sister is working on the HSM3 set today I got to visit her on set. I got to meet Zac, Vanessa and some of the cast members! On break everyone was rooting for Zac and Vanessa to sing a song and they did! Together they sung a song that I’ve never heard of before. It was such a beautiful song, there were teary eyes in the room. I asked my sister after about the song and she said “I think it’s Zac’s song to Vanessa.” Everyone in the room kept on saying they are so cute. But, on v's arm it's staying put, most likely IS an elastic hair-tie in this one :)
