My bf won't let me drive anywhere and although I know i'm not a great driver and that's probably part of it I do think it's more a masculinity thing. It makes them feel manly to drive their girl around, and they're probably concious of how it looks to other people if their girlfriend is picking them up for a date!

Well isn't V a learner driver? Zac's a more experienced driver then she is and learning to drive can be tiring, so he probably took over for her. Also, I think she likes being driven around by him because she's used to it haha
